Happy Halloween

It got cold here today so instead of going to the local trunk or treat outside, we went to the mall and trick or treated inside where it was nice and warm. The girls had a great time!
Jaz is a bit blurry on this one. sorry! Do you have any idea how hard it is to get 3 kids to look at the camera at the same time???

Sad, sad day.....

So I wake up this morning like any other morning and stumble out to the kitchen and make myself a pot of coffee. Something I've done for who knows how long. It starts to brew and then I just know something isn't right. I go back over there and there is coffee and coffee grounds all over the place. The coffee is coming out of the top of the coffee maker!!!! I think this is an evil cruel halloween prank. So I turn it off and clean up the mess and go to make another pot and hope that this one will be better. Only problem is that this time the coffee maker won't turn back on. Yup, no power. Unplug it, replug it, let it cool completely down.......NADDA....my poor beloved coffee maker has taken a dirt nap and is sleeping with the fishes. I'm so, so sad. No coffee for me this morning. :( Looks like I'll be rounding up the kiddos when they all get up and take a trip to walmart and see what kind of new coffee makers they've got.

More goodies!

Jacey got more goodies in the mail. This time from gran and oompa. She got a cute outfit and a neat my little pony. Best of all........it's all pink!!!!! Jacey approves!! Although she wouldn't pose for pics. Maybe tomorrow. She keeps telling me no today. Thanks gran and oompa!!!!

Corn Maze

On Saturday I took the girls to a local corn maze. Daddy was having some pretty bad allergies so he stayed home. Good thing cuz it was pretty windy out there. This is just a mile or two from the house. It's a corn maze on 8 acres in the shape of the WT Buffalo.

Jazmin is the navigator. She did an awesome job. We only got lost a couple of times. :)

Jacey at checkpoint 3. Figured that was appropriate since she just turned 3. :) At each checkpoint you have to answer a question and depending on the answer you give it tells you if you are to go left or right. Luckily we had the kids version of the trivia. LOL
Jacey hitchin a ride with sissy. She's pooped! We've been walking for almost an hour at this point.
Yeah we made it!!!!! And we only lost the baby's blanket once. :) Luckily some people behind us found it and we didn't have to backtrack too far.

They've also got a pumpkin patch next to the corn maze. And you can see that Jacey was drinking a purple soda, hence the purple ring around her lip!

Momma baked, Jazmin frosted, and Jacey decorated these cupcakes all on her own. She was pretty proud of herself.
