Sad, sad day.....

So I wake up this morning like any other morning and stumble out to the kitchen and make myself a pot of coffee. Something I've done for who knows how long. It starts to brew and then I just know something isn't right. I go back over there and there is coffee and coffee grounds all over the place. The coffee is coming out of the top of the coffee maker!!!! I think this is an evil cruel halloween prank. So I turn it off and clean up the mess and go to make another pot and hope that this one will be better. Only problem is that this time the coffee maker won't turn back on. Yup, no power. Unplug it, replug it, let it cool completely down.......NADDA....my poor beloved coffee maker has taken a dirt nap and is sleeping with the fishes. I'm so, so sad. No coffee for me this morning. :( Looks like I'll be rounding up the kiddos when they all get up and take a trip to walmart and see what kind of new coffee makers they've got.
