Jacey's new outfit

Ms. Melissa was getting rid of some of her fabric a few weeks ago and I gladly took some off her hands. This is what I made out of it. It's a two layer skirt with a peasant top. I shirred the top with elastic thread. I LOVE how it turned out. Now Jaz wants one. :)
