Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque

Friday afternoon we loaded up the crew and headed to Albuquerque, NM to see the Balloon Fiesta. We were all so excited! We have seen hot air balloons go up before but only one, not hundreds at once. We were hoping to see the sky filled with hundreds of colors. Alas, the only color we saw was gray. There was wind, rain, wind, hail, wind.... did I mention there was wind? THE WHOLE ENTIRE WEEKEND!!!! The thing about wind is that the balloons can't launch. Heck the few brave souls who actually tried to inflate their balloons couldn't because of such strong winds. So we didn't see a single launch. We were quite disappointed. But we still had fun anyway!! Here are a few pics of the few balloons that we did see.
